I have been wondering why Leo wears that long cape all the time and this might be how he used it

I read that Salai had blond hair but I thought he looks better with auburn hair like in the paintings that he modeled and he looked very feminine in those paintings..

In the book, it says that he had to watch out though. He was involved in a case in which the guards knew about his affaires and it could get him into a lot of trouble.
