Request from , Altair treating Malik's amputated arm.

I thought Malik will never let Altair treat his arm right after the incident, so if Altair will treat it it will be when Malik's sleeping.
It must've hurt ALOT to cut off an arm and he must've suffered lots of pain and fevers poor Malik!!
